Ford Credit Mobility Financing - Offers flexible finance terms for persons with physical disabilities and their families. In addition, they will finance both the vehicle and the adaptive equipment for qualified customers enrolled in the Ford Mobility Motoring Program.

Roadside Assistance - Tire changes, towing, fuel delivery, lockout assistance and jump-starts are now just a phone call away! In times of need, a 24-hour toll-free number can bring assistance any day of the year. The Roadside Assistance coverage is in effect during the term of warranty in every new Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle. See your dealer for details and a copy of the Limited Warranty and Roadside Assistance coverage.

When you contact the Customer Care Center a Ford Mobility Motoring Representative will answer your questions and send you everything you'll need to guide you through the adaptive equipment installation process. The Information Kit you'll receive contains:

Ford Mobility Motoring Film
You'll see the rewards of Ford Mobility Motoring, and be introduced to real people who are already experiencing the independence gained by driving or transporting someone in a Ford Motor Company vehicle with adaptive equipment.

A State Directory
The State Directory contains a list of nearby Driver Assessment Facilities, Mobility Vehicle Equipment Providers, State Agencies, plus additional resource information. Assessment centers will help you make a decision about the adaptive equipment that's best for you. The center will then provide you with a written recommendation or "prescription" for the adaptive equipment you need. If you already own adaptive equipment, the assessment center may be able to recommend updated equipment that has recently become available. With your written recommendation or "prescription", the equipment dealer and installer will be able to provide you with an estimate of costs before the work begins.
